All meals are labeled with a best by date! When properly stored, refrigerated meals will last 4 to 6 days after preparation. Redefine Meals do not contain any preservatives or artificial ingredients that prolong shelf life.

All of our meals are crafted fresh using the highest quality ingredients, ensuring you receive a delicious and nutritious product. However, at select Redefine Meals retail locations, we offer a frozen section where you can find some of our meals available at a discounted price of $6.50. These meals are made fresh, and then frozen to maintain their flavor and nutritional value, providing you with great options for less! Frozen meals may be stored for 4-6 months after the printed best by date.

Yes! We offer discounts for all police officers, fire fighters, EMT and military personnel! These discounts are available for both in-store and online purchases. To receive the discount online, simply reach out to us via phone or email at 631-800-8199 / info@redefinemeals.com and we will gladly tag your account with the automatic discount. To receive the discount in-store, please present your ID at checkout! Thank you for your service!

Our meals come fully cooked and served in microwave safe containers for your convenience. Some meals are marked as "Oven Ready" and are packaged in metal trays intended for oven use; these should not be microwaved. Before heating, remove any separate sauce or side containers. Simply remove the lid and place it loosely over the container to prevent the food from drying out. We recommend heating in 30-second increments. Most meals fully heat within 1 to 2 minutes.

We currently do not provide nutrition counseling services. We encourage you to explore our menu, where each meal is crafted with balanced nutrition in mind. Each meal's nutritional information can be viewed both on our website, and in-store. Should you have further questions regarding dietary needs or restrictions, please feel free to reach out via customer service.

As of right now we do not offer a referral program. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Yes! We offer a subscription service for online customers. At checkout, you may select to sign up for a subscription (at no extra charge) to have your meals sent to you weekly, biweekly, triweekly, or monthly. You may edit or change the meals in your subscription before normal ordering deadlines.

We deliver to all of Long Island four times a week on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. We deliver to 4 out of the 5 boroughs of NYC (excluding Staten Island) three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday. We also deliver to Westchester on Sundays, and Eastern Long Island (East of Manorville) on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. We will send a text verification once your package has been delivered!

You have several convenient options to purchase our fresh and delicious meals. You can shop directly out of our fridges at any retail location across Long Island and Queens, OR you can order online through our website. Order by Thursday @ midnight for Sunday delivery/pickup. Order by Friday @ midnight for Monday delivery/pickup (Long Island only). Order by Sunday @ midnight for Tuesday delivery/pickup. Order by Tuesday @ midnight for Thursday delivery/pickup. All orders typically arrive between 7am-7pm! If you would like to more accurately track your order, please reach out to our customer service line with your order details!

No, unfortunately we do not permit customers to customize or edit their meals. However, we do introduce new menu options every few weeks! Make sure to stay updated on our social media for these announcements!
